Reliability.

To be reliable means to be a person who can be relied upon and who tries to do the right thing in all cases. Reliable people are committed to performing their duties. They handle carefully the others’ belongings like their own ones. They know what is to keep the secret and promises. Trust is necessary to society for it is impossible to watch whether people perform their duties. Sometimes we just have to trust. For instance, buying a thing we hope that it is properly made, that the doctor who treats us does it in a right way, that the driver will take us where we need etc. We depend on each other in numerous situations every day. People who have not learnt to maintain the trust complicate their own life and the life of others.

Reliable people always try to keep their promises. And consider carefully before making them. It is not only leaders who must be reliable because they also need people to rely on, who will give a piece of good advice and help in decision making. The person in the head of the group will not manage alone that is why he needs assistants, who are trustworthy and who can cope with work as good as he himself can.

Every person strengthens everything around, whether family, work, friendship or country. That is why reliability is the most important trait of character.

We discussed with the children this one of the most important traits of character. Ability to understand another person is important for teambuilding and goal achieving. That is why we played game “understand me”. Every participant of the meeting got sweets and presents.
