Social rehabilitation for children with special needs.

Me and Natalia Andreyevna, we have been invited to participate and hold a speech on the seminar organized by the Non-Governmental Organization “Change Agency “Perspectives” and UNICEF in Ukraine.

The seminar aims at forming comprehensive informational field for project participants and motivating them to be proactive to create new services for children with special needs.

The seminar is participated by the employees of the Child Care Centre, representatives of the Ministry of healthcare of Ukraine, social services, local communities, Kharkov Oblast Administration and Kharkov Oblast Council and UNICEF office in Ukraine.

We are happy that most important topics are discussed and such seminars are organized.
