A small family

There are different families: friendly and not very friendly, big and small ones. The same is about orphanage – they can be like a family and…. not very like family. There is in settlement Pechenegi a orphanage by mixed type, but this orphanage is a real family, not by the status but by atmosphere.

That is why when Svetlana and Alexey Korobka decided to visit orphans we chose Pechenegi orphanage. The more so because this boarding school is less visited than city orphanage. We are very grateful to Svetlana and Alexey for their interest in the children’s life.

Every time being there you feel yourself like a guest in some small and very friendly family, you are always welcomed by hospitable host. During several years we came here, organized camps, invited friends. This time Elena Romanova was with us.

During this visit we talked about the sense of Christmas and New Year, made up a quiz, played active games, watched interesting video and discussed it. Children as well as adults took an active part in every activity. As every adult remains a child in his soul. And if you still have doubt about it look at these photos and try to understand who is an adult and who is a child.

Then we organized a real café to the children. If the children do not go to a café, the café went to the children.

And at the end we presented some gifts, like it is supposed to be on holidays. And it is not important that New Years’ holidays have already finished. As a holiday is a state of soul.
