“A friend is loving at all times, and becomes a brother in times of trouble”

 (Proverbs 17:17)

 If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up! (The Book of Ecclesiastes 4: 10)

How to find a good friend?

Today we talked with the children about friendship, about what qualities a true friend should have and what qualities we should have to find real friends. We acted out with the children an episode about true friendship and discussed it.

Then we called together via Skype to our good friend, Mykhalchenko Kateryna and wished her a Happy Birthday.

Today we also congratulated another wonderful friend, Sergei Zagoruiko. He is a pupil of the orphanage, who is always involved in our lessons and ready to help as well.

We talked about many rules that help to build strong friendship and find a good friend, but the basic rule that we have learned is

“If you want to find a good friend then become one!”
