During our visit to the USA, Alpins, Arizona, we held a meeting with schoolchildren of sixth, seventh and eighth grades. The children asked questions about Ukraine and facts of life in our country. We talked also about problems of refuges and people with special needs. We told them about the way we are working with children.
Then we put on an act about the Czar and his faithful companion Falcon who tried to send the Czar a danger message. In this act, it came to the need for giving ear to elders’ advice.
We talked about faith and about how to overcome slings and arrows of life as well as about a healthy way of life. At meeting’s conclusion, the children participated in an И?armfight’ with a prizewinner of the European Championship
We are thankful to the school administration and our friends Tom White, Natasha Rihs and Bob Baker, thanks to whom this meeting took place.
