Stop conflict.

We have delivered an interactive training "Conflict Resolution" in the club arranged for the special needs folks.

We have discussed special issues during the meeting, such as:

  1. Ability to identify the type of a conflict.
  2. Utilization of conflict resolution instruments.
  3. Conflict situation analysis: background, ways to overcome, optional versions of the conflict after-effect and conflict prevention.
  4. Willingness for non-confrontational interpersonal communication.
  5. Capability to express own thoughts, pursuit of interests and conditions of their effectuation.
  6. Building of resolution patterns for the existing problems.
  7. Identification of threatened points of the conflict situations origination.

All participants have taken an active part in discussion of the today's topic.

The meeting has been conducted in the format of confabulation, like a tea-meeting.

We hope that our training will teach to resolve the conflict situations, strengthen the beliefs and help to recover peace of mind at these tumultuous times.

Furthermore, we have handed over the food gift basket to every meeting participant that, according to their sayings, was a substantial aid to them.

We have given chairs for the special needs people to the Club intended for arrangement of comfortable conditions during meetings.
